Balancing the Heart (Spirit)

Heart is the emperor of the body in TCM. It's in charge of the intellect and is
responsible for the smooth management of all our body systems. On a spiritual
level, the Heart is responsible for expressing ourselves clearly and connecting with
loved ones and our greater. When the heart is healthy and balanced you will have
clarity, plan well and come up with new ideas and have good mental thoughts.

Balancing the Liver
Do you want a life where you flow effortless towards your goals? Do you find yourself
constantly frustrated, moody or angry over even the small stuff? Do you feel stuck
either physically or spiritually? Or suffer from dull, aching pain?

the Liver ensures the smooth flow of energy throughout our entire body and lives. It
is responsible for setting goals and keeping us move towards them. On a physical
level, it stores the blood, nourishes the tendons, and is in charge of the eyes. A
healthy Liver means a strong and flexible body, even tempered emotions, and clear

Balancing the Spleen
Do you worry a lot, lack concentration and suffer with fatigue, sore or weak muscles, a
lack of motivation? If the spleen is weak, then the muscles and limbs become weak
and tired. The spleen is responsible for circulating nutrients to the muscles and tissues
by taking in, processing and distributing nutrients from the foods you eat. Worry and
